DELMORES, of legal age, Filipino married, a resident of P-6, Mahayahay, San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands. WITNESSETH: That | am the legi intestate on ‘ate surviving compulsory heir of the deceased father Apolinar Delmores, who died at P-6, Mahayahay, San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands. That said deceased died intestate, without a Will or Testament, and without any outstanding debts in favor of any person or entity; That the deceased left a parcel of residential land situated at P-6, Aurelio, San Jose, Province of Dinagat Islands covered by Tax Declaration No. 15-06-0006-01878 in the name of our deceased father Apolinar Delmores, consisting an area of 80 square meter, with the following boundaries; on the North by Evaresto Eroy; (on the South by Eleuteria Dagalea; on the East by Street, and on the West by Decilla Tagab. That pursuant to Rule 74 Section 1 of the Revised Rules of Court, and all being with full capacity to contract, |, the surviving wife respectively, do hereby adjudicate unto ourselves the land described above, in equal shares; That further, for and in consideration of the sum of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (P50,000.00) Philippine Currency to us in hand paid to our full and entire satisfaction by GLENFORD R. ATIENZA and MERLINA D. ATIENZA, both of legal age, Filipino citizen, husband and wife, and a residents of San Pable, City, Province of Laguna. The receipt of which is hereby acknowledge by the VENDOR to our full and entire satisfaction, the latter hereby SELL, TRANSFER, and CONVEY by way of ABSOLUTE SALE, a portion of residential lot which is free from all liens or encumbrances whatsoever, unto the said VENDEE, their heirs, successors and assigns, all our rights and interest over the above mentioned portion of lot.
