1. DepEd Order No. 15, s.2018 (Supplemental Guidelines on the Implementation of School-Based
Feeding Program for FY 2018) provides for the implementation of the 120 days School Based
Feeding Program for FY2018 which should be completed within the year.

2. Priority target beneficiaries are all Kinder and undernourished (Wasted/Severely Wasted) pupils
from grades 1 to 6 based on Baseline Nutritional Status for S/Y 2018-19.

3. Baseline Nutritional Status reports for SY 2018-2019 are expected to have been submitted to the
Division School Health Section by June 8,2018 for budgeting purposes.

4. Schools and Districts who have not submitted their consolidated Endline Nutritional Status for
Elementary and Secondary for SY 2017-18 are directed to submit before May 18, 2018 to the
Division School Health Section.

5. All documents and pre implementation activities are expected to have been taken cared of to
ensure that the feeding program will start within the month of June 2018.

6. DepEd Order No. 39, s. 2017 entitled Operational Guidelines on the Implementation of the
School Based Feeding Program shall also be used as reference for its implementation.
