REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST

RE –ROOFING SERVICES

Project: Re-roofing of the Liberia YMCA National Headquarters Building on

Crown Hill, Broad Street
This call for Expression of Interest is opened to all reputable construction firms
having a valid license and registered under the laws of the Republic of Liberia to
submit bid for the re-roofing of the building housing the National Headquarters of
the Liberia YMCA.

Interested firms or companies are to submit an application describing or profiling:

• The company’s experience.

• A description of the nature of the contract to be awarded including scale, duration
and budget.
• The Full address of the company, partners and all legal documentations.
• Staff experience and technical capacity
• List of projects and references for projects completed within the past 3 years
• Financial statement of the firm or company

The sketch and roofing plan can be obtained from the YMCA on Broad Street. All

Deadline for submission of application is Tuesday February 12, 2019 at 5:00 PM.
All bids must be delivered at the National Headquarters of the YMCA of Liberia,
126 Crown Hill, Broad Street, Monrovia, Liberia or by email to:
ymcalr@gmail.com. Any offer received after this deadline will not be considered.
