I would like to introduce Hanna Barbara Sillo, my student in Management 196 who is applying
for the on-the-job (OJT) in your company.

Mgt. 196 (Management Practicum) is a field work component for senior students pursuing a BS
Management degree program. This course allows students to gain experience in the field of
management as applied in your company’s operations. It also gives them the opportunity to relate
management theories and principles to the actual operations of public or business company. The
required number of hours for internship in this course is two hundred (200).

I am confident that Hanna Barbara Sillo will learn much from this exposure. The knowledge
gained from this experience will not only make classroom discussion more meaningful and enjoyable
next school year but it will also prepare the students for the actual world of work in the future.
