We are graduating students of BA 199 (Business Research) of the College of Management of

the University of the Philippines Visayas, Iloilo City and in partial fulfillment of the
requirements of the said course, we are tasked to submit a research paper about the cost
management and sustainability practices of co-working businesses in Iloilo City.

The research paper will help us identify the aspects of cost management and how it is related
in the sustainability of the operations of a co-working business. The study will also help us in
