1.4 ORGANIZATIONAL CHART
3.1 What I have learned from the experience?

In the first place, you are in On-the-Job-training to learn and gain work experience. So,
use every opportunity to achieve the core aim by being observant and asking questions.
Never shy away from seeking guidance and clarification from your colleagues and
peers.

On the Job training program helps us student to be future ready specially on the field we
want to take. OJT plays a pivotal role in honing the skills of the individual that we can
apply on the real world scenario, this stage is the assessment of what we have learned
during our school days.

It is critically important to show up to work on time. So, try , by all means possible, to be
punctual and if you are going to be late inform the supervisor at the earliest. Besides,
when you are assigned task or project strive to complete them on time. Plus, if work
feels too overwhelming , be the first to inform your supervisor and ask for guidance on
how to prioritize tasks.

As a trainee, you are not expected to know the do’s and dont’s of the new work place
right away but the faster you can grasp the in’s and out’s of the work flow and daily life
on the job, the better it will be for you.

This internship has provided me with a wonderful opportunity to acquire practical

knowledge, communication skills, negotiation skills, and technical skills.

This training inspired me to be more determined and competitive in everything that I do

in my daily life as a student today and a professional someday. It also very helpful to me
as I continue to take my journey as a fourth year student in the field of Business
administration major in Financial Management. It really gave me a taste of the real
world and a sight of what lies after I graduate.
3.2 My experience with the people around me

My experience with the people around me was tremendously memorable and awesome.
I was able to enjoy my journey during my practicum because they have lend me their
hand and ears, they listen and understand on my needs, they provide me materials that
may help me improve my skills on the given task.

3.3 The most memorable event during my practicum

The most memorable event during my practicum was, there such time that my skills
gained was put on a test when they asked me to answer query from customers in which
i was doubtful if i can, they gave me words of encouragement that if I will not do it, i may
not do it in the future. that time I gave it try and embrace the challenge given by this
metropolitan world.

3.4 What can I recommend for the improvement of the practicum program?
this practicum was designed for students to be prepared on the life outside the campus,
in which they will learn some lessons that may apply and to be equipped with skills that
will fit for a job.

3.5 My Advice to those who will take their practicum in the near future.

Enjoy every single moment on their practicum and do not rush things, this will help
them prepare for their future endeavour.
