Jody’s House of Beauty will strive to achieve these following goals:
1. Increase Profits
Projecting gross revenue involves establishing an annual revenue goal and
calculating how to reach that goal based on average sales per client. Any hair salon
is going to include making a profit in its goals. This goal will help the business in
limiting the expenses and increase its bottom line so that it successfully makes
money.
2. High-Quality
In order to achieve a successful and high-quality salon this business shall
provide and use top-of-the-line products and equipment. Because salon and spa
business product and equipment expenses qualify as a tax deduction, these
businesses are able to stay current with the most modern tools of the trade. A quality
investment doesn't merely stop at purchasing the best chairs, blow dryers and
shampoos. I believe that Investing in professional personnel and advanced training
is the key to enhancing overall salon or spa quality.
3. Client Retention
Any hair salon wants to offer such great service that clients come back time
and time again. This business shall offer a discount to repeat clients, referral
rewards for bringing in a new client or a savings plan that offers a free service after
a certain number are purchased.
4. Staff Growth
Empowering salon or spa staff means investing in the greatest earning
potential available. Education is one of the strongest tools an owner can provide to
staff members to help them succeed and can be paired with team earning goals to
create a team culture within the business. Creating an atmosphere of trust will create
a positive and professional salon or spa environment that will be experienced not
only by the staff but also by the clients.
5. Top Notch Customer Service
Customer service is very important in a business and is a goal that should
always be at the top of the list. Objectives here include reducing customer
complaints by half in the next year, promising a quick resolution time to clients and
increasing the number of customer service staff you have on hand at any given time.

salon, we shall provide rewarding and relaxing services to clients. The business’

Jody’s House of Beauty is a full-service beauty salon
dedicated to consistently providing high customer satisfaction by
rendering excellent service, quality products, and furnishing an
enjoyable atmosphere at an acceptable price/value relationship.
We will also maintain a friendly, fair, and creative work
environment, which respects diversity, ideas, and hard work.

Our Mission: to provide skilled services, through talented

cosmetologists, that give our customers the dignity and self
respect needed to be successful in the world today. We are also
committed to offering a range of complementary services for hair
styling and bodycare in the same location, to give our customers
the convenience of a single location for all their hair and
bodycare needs

The Business
1.2. SERVICES
Jody’s House of Beauty realizes that great customer
service includes complete service under one roof. Our services
includes hair-dressing, body cosmetics, nail styling, eyelash
extensions and makeup. These shall meet our customers high
standard expectations.
The main services considering:
Hair: cuts, keratin treatment /relaxers, perms, colors, shampoo,
conditioning, curling, reconstructing, weaving, waving, rebond
and semi-rebond
Nails: manicures, pedicures, polish and sculptured nails.
Skin Care/ Makeup : European facials, body waxing, massage,
peelings, facial masks and full-makeup.
Lashes: Eyelash extensions
1.3. LOCATION OF BUSINESS
The Jody’s House of Beauty is located at F. Cabarles
St, 5026 Iloilo City beside Town Prints so we can provides easy
access for customers as well as greater visibility to potential
clients.

In the first year, the personnel plan calls for three (3)
hairdressers/ stylists, one (1) barber, two (2) certified
cosmetician (Including Ms. Jodelyn Mae S. Cangrejo), two (2)
professional manicurist/ pedicurist, one (1) professional
employee for lashes, one (1) receptionist who will greet
customers & receive payments, one (1) financial manager to
oversee all of the expenses, bills, payroll, etc. and one (1)
security guard. A total of twelve (12) employees.
Training classes to help improve employee product
knowledge and skills will be conducted on a regular basis. As the
business grows, the company will consider offering an employee
benefit package to include health and vacation benefits for
everyone.

2.1. SOURCE OF FUND

Jodelyn Mae Cangrejo will contribute Php. 100, 000 and is
requesting an additional Php. 168, 000 in the form of a bank loan.
The loan is expected to be a fully amortizing 5 year term note
secured by UCC filings on all furniture fixtures, equipment, etc.

Total start-up costs are estimated to be Php. 268, 000. The
majority of the costs are associated with the following:
