with a wide range of distributors and sellers, both locally and internationally.
The company envisioned itself as well-known, with a high sales volume of
products. As the company grows, we will hire more people and provide them
with the opportunity to make a living.
MISSION
Home CRAFTies' goal is to provide quality products, such as DIY's and
art commissions for home decors, to community members living locally or
even internationally, and to bring them happiness through ultimate
satisfaction. It also enables consumers of all socioeconomic backgrounds to
display anime/kpop related or minimalist items and many more in their
homes. It allows everyone to experience happiness by purchasing their
desires. It will also allow customers to personalize it that will reflect their
personality.

have an impact on its success. Home CRAFTies stands firm in their beliefs,
and their products are openly described as "ready and loving" for their
customers. It is dedicated to providing a fresh perspective on all people's

OWNERSHIP
Prior to any other aspect of the business, the owner's role is critical, as
he or she manages everything. Our company was constructed as a
partnership, but there were more co-owners than usual. There are six in our
case (6). Ms. Johlie Anne Malate, Ms. Lerrisha Jewel De Guzman, Ms. Cherry
Mae Sebugero, Mr. July Navarro, Mr. Ezekiel Nava, and Mr.Heshien Redd
Garcia are the business's shareholders.
FORM OF BUSINESS
Home CRAFTies operates as a joint venture. A partnership is made up
of two or more people who combine their resources to make a profit, but the
profits are split equally amongst them. Ours takes the form of a general
partnership, in which we agreed to put money into the venture and split the
earnings equally. Together, Johlie Anne Malate, Ms. Lerrisha De Guzman, Ms.
Cherry Mae Sebugero, Mr. July Navarro, Mr. Ezekiel Nava and Mr.Heshien
Redd Garcia make up the partnership. The partnership was established in the
year 2021.
BUSINESS CAPITAL
Each shareholder will contribute Php 300.00 to the company's initial
capital. Because they all share the same amount of money for the company,
everyone on the team has a say in the decisions that will be made. The team
will split the company's future profits.

The name Home CRAFTies was inspired by the popular Facebook group
Home Buddies, which is currently trending. We decided to create a DIY and
art commission where people can relieve the stress of the ongoing pandemic
by receiving our product and putting a smile on their faces. We will make
certain that our products will give a smile to the customer. It is a
manufacturing business. It is a manufacturing business in a sense that we
will provide a variety of crafted products using our skills.
DEMAND
People enjoy decorating crafted things in their house. The first thing
that needs to be considered is the target market or the target customers as
well as the quality of the products to be sold.

potential customers for the products will include teachers, school personnel,

We are already knowledgeable in the art of crafting, which is why we

we will locate our business near a school where the vast majority of students
usually go before or after class . Considering that we are students ourselves,
having a business near where we study, which we can easily promote, and
which will assist us in achieving our goal of success.

Home Crafties proudly offers products with affordable prices ranging
from Php 35 to 120, and we are also willing to negotiate prices with our
customers. The products are only purchased per piece, and we did not
consider selling them in bulk since handcrafting is not an easy thing to do.
We included all of the expenses we incurred in the process of creating the
handcrafted products in our pricing.
Promotion
When it comes to promoting products, we must consider
advertisements that will capture the attention of customers and keep it
engraved in their minds. We intend to promote our product by creating a
Facebook or Instagram page, as well as a website.

Making Crafted and DIY products will aid in the growth of our business
by lowering costs, and will also benefit the environment by recycling waste,
reducing waste that is thrown away and also waste that is burned when it is
