specializes in home decoration and is located in Sta. Ana, Manila. Its products
can be purchased on shopee.com. With its variety of DIY products and
various art commissions, the company hopes to pique the interest of people
who enjoy decorating their homes or rooms. At all times during the business'
operations, Home CRAFTies will provide trendy home decors and other
products to its customers. The company intends to provide its product at the
highest level possible in order to meet the expectations of the market and to
make a profit. The company's goal is to expand its network of resellers,
either locally or internationally.

VISION
Home CRAFTies aspires to be a successful business by collaborating
with a wide range of distributors and sellers, both locally and internationally.
The company envisioned itself as well-known, with a high sales volume of
products. As the company grows, we will hire more people and provide them
with the opportunity to make a living.

MISSION
Home CRAFTies' goal is to provide quality products, such as DIY's and
art commissions for home decors, to community members living locally or
even internationally, and to bring them happiness through ultimate
satisfaction. It also enables consumers of all socioeconomic backgrounds to
display anime/kpop related or minimalist items and many more in their
homes. It allows everyone to experience happiness by purchasing their
desires. It will also allow customers to personalize it that will reflect their
personality.

NAME OF THE BUSINESS

The name “Home CRAFTies” was inspired by the popular Facebook


group Home Buddies, which is currently trending on the social media
platform Facebook. Because of this, we decided to launch a DIY and art
commission platform, where people can receive our product and put a smile
on their faces, thus easing the stress of the ongoing pandemic or even
without the pandemic in the future.

OWNERSHIP

Prior to any other aspect of the business, the owner's role is critical, as
he or she manages everything. Our company was constructed as a
partnership, but there were more co-owners than usual. There are six in our
case (6). Ms. Johlie Anne Malate, Ms. Lerrisha Jewel De Guzman, Ms. Cherry
Mae Sebugero, Mr. July Navarro, Mr. Ezekiel Nava, and Mr.Heshien Redd
Garcia are the business's shareholders.

FORM OF BUSINESS
Home CRAFTies operates as a joint venture. A partnership is made up
of two or more people who combine their resources to make a profit, but the
profits are split equally amongst them. Ours takes the form of a general
partnership, in which we agreed to put money into the venture and split the
earnings equally. Together, Johlie Anne Malate, Ms. Lerrisha De Guzman, Ms.
Cherry Mae Sebugero, Mr. July Navarro, Mr. Ezekiel Nava and Mr.Heshien
Redd Garcia make up the partnership. The partnership was established in the

To create a product that will satisfy customers while we are still in the
midst of a pandemic, we will be acquiring high-quality but reasonably priced
materials in Shopee. The supplies for the business will be purchased in
advance in order to complete the crafting process with the least amount of
hassle. The most important materials needed in our product are drawing
materials, canvas, and a mug.

We are already knowledgeable in the art of crafting, which is why we

customers. The products are only purchased per piece, and we did not
consider selling them in bulk since handcrafting is not an easy thing to do.
We included all of the expenses we incurred in the process of creating the
handcrafted products in our pricing.

Promotion
When it comes to promoting products, we must consider
advertisements that will capture the attention of customers and keep it
engraved in their minds. We intend to promote our product by creating a
Facebook or Instagram page, as well as a website.

Before we begin and plan, we have a good understanding of how to run


a business in an ethical manner. Furthermore, we studied crafts and arts,
which is one of the reasons we decided to start a crafts business. The
subjects and training are not the only assets for this company. We learned
from other business owners that an entrepreneur must be willing to take
risks, be able to successfully communicate, sell, focus, learn, and strategize.
We didn't just accept what they had learned; we put it to use in order to
maintain a competitive edge as we crossed and ignored the risk of failing the
firm in order to have a successful business.

Because we are in the midst of a pandemic, we will do our crafts at


home because this is the most appropriate location for us to do our products
right now. We have high-quality tools and materials for arts and crafts.

day's time frame. Not to mention the fact that not all students are
enthusiastic about crafting products and do-it-yourself projects.

of potential errors that we may encounter while working. We are well aware
that none of us has performed particularly well in our crafting activities, and
that we are not at all qualified to be considered professionals in this field. As
a result, we are anticipating errors, such as failed items and incorrect
products. And we are well aware that the more mistakes we make, the more
money will come out, resulting in a loss of profit. That is why we are
proceeding cautiously, as we do not want anything like that to happen.

As students who aspire to run a business in the future, this project


provided us with a significant benefit that we can use in the future. Because
we are all Technical Drafting students, the business serves as a training
ground for our future work as drafters. We can learn about the operations of
this industry. Our early knowledge may pave the way for us to succeed in
business in a positive way.

With the assistance of this project, our mindset is molded into an


ethical and entrepreneurial way that can inspire us to start a business at a
young age and use the skills and knowledge that we gain in the process for
our future.

External Threats

In the field of business, we are also aware of the possible threats that
might serve as a hindrance in our business. Since our product is going to be
sold in this time of pandemic, we are aware of the competition against some
of the country's greatest artists. These products are already being sold
online, which makes it difficult for us to compete, as we are new to the world
of handcrafted products. However, rather than losing hope, it served as a
catalyst for us to plan, and we are confident that our products are creative in
our own way.

MARKETING STRATEGIES

Given that the main focus of this business is on handcrafted products,


the company devised a series of strategies to entice potential customers to
buy and the product has something more to offer.
In developing the strategies, the company first examined the potential
markets, which are, of course, the Mariano Marcos Memorial High School
students. Given that students enjoy purchasing handcrafted items that are
creative and reflect their interests, such as anime, kdrama, and so on. The
company made certain that they would receive a product that met their
expectations. The company believes that by providing them with a wide
range of product options, they will be able to invest in affordable yet high-
quality products. Another factor considered by the company in developing its
strategies is the potential market reaction when the product is released. We
believe that their response will have an impact on the company's
performance not only in the short term, but also in the long run. We'll create
a survey for them. The customer's response will reveal whether the
company provided them with the best product or whether the company was
able to sell products that are both high in quality and affordable price.

planning and preparation for each and every action that will be taken.

in the desired adventure, which in this case is the crafts business industry.

Knowing that we are capable of the elements required in our business,


it was an excellent decision. We do not sell ready-made crafted products in
our crafting business, but rather products that we have created ourselves in
order to put our crafting skills to use. It may appear to be simple, but it is
not. Some of us may have already taken every risk imaginable in order to
test our own ability to run the business efficiently and effectively. We need to
make some serious decisions about our product line, so conducting surveys
among students, teachers, and staff members to determine which products
are the most valuable to them could be beneficial to us. Our business has
been profitable in the sense that we have reimbursed our investment and
earned more than we anticipated.

Following the release of the results, we devised a plan for allocating


the budget to each and scrutinized every detail in order to achieve our goal
of earning more money than we spent. When we look back on it, we can say
that it was all worth it because we put in the effort.

exceptional, and it complements their homes.
