Your profile
• You are a holder of a CPA, ACCA, CMA or similar certification and have minimum 5 years experience in
a law firm, consulting or service industry.

Job Description:

Your role
• Handle day-to-day general accounting tasks to include, but not limited to, recording of financial events
complying with GAAP, maintaining client s trust liability ledger, accounts receivables, accounts payables,
services reports with status, fixed assets, general ledgers and fee earner time sheets.
• Maintain and manage petty cash payments and prepare monthly reconciliation bank statements.
• Prepare VAT invoices, calculations and returns and prepare for due VAT payment amounts quarterly.
• Maintain HR data/files, prepare monthly payroll and WPS sheet.
• Monitor/post purchases and expenses.
• Prepare reports such as: Income Statement, Cash Flow, Client Trust Liability, Receivables, Unbilled
Works and Balance Sheet.
• Supervise day-to-day admin operations such as attendances, visas, insurance, licenses, cars,
procurement, etc.).

You are computer proficient and able to thrive in a fast-pace setting, have strong experience with
Microsoft Excel, Access, Word and QuickBooks.
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong interpersonal and client service skill,
ability to multi-task, and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• You have experience in VAT and are well versed with the UAE VAT Law and Regulations.
