Bangladesh Petrochemical Company Limited. the leading 100% PET recycling


compliance manufacturing industries in Bangladesh is looking for a dynamic, highly
qualified, result oriented & experienced Finance mid level professional for their existing
manufacturing unit at Narayanganj, Rupganj He has to display his knowledge and
experience to promote the successful business strategy.

Job Responsibilities

 Develop and implement financial policies and procedures that ensure compliance with
regulatory requirements and promote operational efficiency.
 Manage the annual budgeting and forecasting process, including the preparation of
financial reports and analysis to support decision-making.
 Monitor financial performance against budget and forecast, identify variances, and
recommend corrective actions.
 Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements.
 Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and presentations for senior
management and the board of directors.
 Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with local tax laws.
 Manage the organization's cash flow and treasury operations, including banking
relationships and cash management.
 Manage the accounting function, including accounts payable, accounts receivable,
general ledger, and payroll.
 Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial policies and procedures.
 Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities as necessary

Educational Requirements
 Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance
 Bachelor's or master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
 Skills Required: 1. Ability to solve problem 2.Quick learner 3. Work under pressure,
Expert in Quickbooks, MS Word/ Excel/ PowerPoint/ OneNote, QuickBooks
Certification

Experience Requirements

 At least 7 year(s)
 The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
FMGG, Garments, Group of Companies, team work
 The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
Manufacturing (FMCG)

Additional Requirements

 Age 26 to 40 years
 Both males and females are allowed to apply
 Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 Advanced proficiency in Quick Books and MS Excel.
 Part qualified Professional accountant is a plus.
 7+ years of experience in financial management roles.
 Strong knowledge of financial reporting and accounting principles.
 Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 Strong leadership and team management skills.
 Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
 Advanced proficiency in Quick Books and MS Excel.
