Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented accountant to join our finance team. The
ideal candidate will have a degree in business with a specialization in accounting and a strong

Key Responsibilities:
 Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets,
and cash flow statements.
 Perform month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance
with accounting standards.
 Reconcile accounts, identify discrepancies, and recommend corrective actions.
 Assist in the preparation of annual budgets and forecasts.
 Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions.
 Assist with tax preparation and compliance.
 Conduct financial analysis and provide recommendations to improve financial
performance.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial decision-making.
Requirements:
 Bachelor's degree in Business with a major in Accounting or a related field.
 CPA (Certified Public Accountant) certification is a plus.
 Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
 Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
 Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Prior experience in accounting or finance is preferred but not required for entry-level
positions.
