Position: Outlet Manager / Floor Manager

Essential requirements:

 Minimum Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

 4-7 years of relevant work experience.
 Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on providing outstanding
customer service and experiences.
 Self-starter with the ability to work independently.
 Strong knowledge of the brand and ability to execute tasks effectively.
 Skilled in problem handling and resolving issues.

Responsibilities of a Outlet Manager / Floor Manager

 Develop and implement a sales plan to achieve sales and gross profit targets.
 Ensure proper ordering to maintain optimum inventory levels.
 Minimize inventory loss.
 Manage outlet costs effectively and within the operational budget.
 Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
 Maintain customer service standards and manage feedback effectively.
 Implement the advertising and promotion (A&P) plan to achieve targets.
 Implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
 Manage all supporting units in the outlet.
 Properly manage and control the receiving area and warehouse.

Job Location: Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport, Dhaka
