Business Development Partners

Our brand is gaining more awareness as our solutions and services are getting wider demand across the country.
We are therefore seeking for experienced and versatile professionals for the role of Business Development Partners
in selected locations, who will be responsible for leads generation, customer facing and overall development agenda
for our organization within their area of coverage. The coverage areas which will be regional in outlook,
located in ABUJA, ENUGU and IBADAN.

The roles will primarily be responsible for identifying and managing sales leads, Performance Management and have
secondary responsibility for planning and execution of programs and other deliverables within their assigned coverage
areas. The Job owner will regularly interact with prospects to understand needs, identify user groups and initiate
engagements and consultations. He/she will proactively develop and deploy processes to drive performance, whilst
resolving operational issues and recommend business improvement practices.

Among others, the role incumbent will:


▪ Establish and drive an astute Customer Services Management system.
▪ Drive growth of our existing products and services.
▪ Identify, follow through and convert prospects to customers.
▪ Provide management reports including sales and marketing activities and progress.
▪ Make cold calls, set up meetings with clients and prospects who will need company products.

Whilst the role will be based in Abuja, Enugu and Ibadan respectively, occasional travels within regional coverage areas
will be required, as necessary.

BACKGROUND/EXPERIENCE
➢ Good industry experience in relevant or similar capacity.
➢ Minimum 5 years progressive experience in sales, marketing and/or business development.
➢ Excellent communication skills with good command of spoken and written English language.
➢ Good command of MS office suite – Word, Excel and PowerPoint presentations.
➢ Ability to generate quotations and construct proposals on need basis.
➢ Scan the market and develop compelling business prospectus.
➢ Very Strong organization and self-leadership skills.
➢ Passionate, persistent with very strong energy and drive for results.
➢ Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

QUALIFICATION
Qualified candidates may possess Academic and or Professional qualifications, whilst leadership & management
experiences will present a very high advantage. Prior experience in development and deployment of Learning &
Development interventions will be an added advantage.
Good social media awareness with versatility in using same for influencing and closing sales is highly desirable.

REMUNERATION
The position is a Fixed Term Contract. Renewable on mutually agreed terms and delivery by both parties.
Very attractive remuneration package commensurate with successful candidate’s experience and capabilities.
