A. INTRODUCTION
We are a unique curator of fashion and lifestyle services focused on exceeding the unending needs of both the
“affluent” and “up and coming” classes in Nigeria Our company is focused on creating a system of exclusivity,
premium quality products, unmatched customer experience, service excellence, promise fulfilment, convenient
shopping and memorability for our clients. We are currently looking to fill the position of a Customer Experience
Manager to drive and optimize this vision.

B. JOB SUMMARY
The role requires a versatile business growth strategist with core experience in sales and client management. The
preferred candidate for this role will be one with experience in revenue generation, new business development,
B2B, B2C sales and marketing and one who can quickly develop go-to-market strategies for our customer segment

Our preferred Sales and Marketing Manager will help to develop strategic initiatives, establish and retain key
customer relationships, and build a top performing sales and marketing team.

C. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
STRATEGY
 Establish a proper marketing plan, comprehensive strategies and solutions, and an outstanding sales pitch to
fulfill the needs of our customer segments;
 Develop long term, mid-term and small term goals to drive traction to the various products, services, and
promotions offered by the business with the aim of achieving our gross margin objectives within the time frame.
 Analyze sales/marketing data to create and implement strategies for client attraction and retention

SALES/MARKETING & LEAD GENERATION


 Generate new clients to increase revenue through lead development and innovative sales tactics.
 Co-manage the presentations and activities of the sales consultants ensuring that all scheduled demonstrations
and presentations are carried out in due time
 Support in managing seasonal sales or events such as pop ups, meet and greet etc
 Acquire footfall for the brand leveraging different promotional tools such as loyalty programs, instore events,
social media promotions and various multimedia channels
 Retarget both online and retail visitors, build brand loyalty leveraging audience engagement techniques.
 Work closely with influencers such as fashion bloggers, vloggers and influencers with followers that form the
core of our customer segment to create brand awareness and eventual purchases
 Create promotional materials such as pitch decks, SLA’s, proposals and other correspondence in an accurate
and timely manner.
 Drive the marketing strategy of the brand, ensuring purpose driven communication is delivered to the right
customer on all platforms (email, bulk messages, push notifications, social media and website).
 Keep and update a database of outlets within the territory and maintain a robust pipeline of sales opportunities
and revenue streams that ensure business objectives and sales targets are met
 Promote a customer-centric environment by implementing processes that promote effective issue/complaints
resolution as well as improving service delivery

RESEARCH & INNOVATION


 Identify new micro segments or incremental business opportunities leveraging data from clients purchase
histories, existing accounts and other data points.
 Contribute to the brands retail sales success by sharing ideas and proposing meaningful solutions for attracting

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT
 Manage relationships with our merchandizers ensuring that their campaigns align with the brands promotions
especially sales promotions or hot ticket deals

DIGITAL MARKETING
 Partner with the media team to prepare lead generating campaigns from ideation to creation and launch for both
digital and social media platforms
 Ensure the website and mobile device is responsive and user friendly and ensure the overall experience aligns
with the brands vision and values
 Support with communicating, interacting and building relationships with current or prospective online clients so
as to generate more online sales

REPORTS
 Assist in compiling Marketing budget and reports, and in preparing presentations and drafting correspondence
TEAM MANAGEMENT
 Manage the sales team by setting targets and proper monitoring of sales team performance
 Manage team effort across channels to ensure high performance within the team
 Set up reporting system and standardization of work procedure
 Effectively coordinate and manage sales activators, merchandisers and promoters
 Conduct training needs analysis and ensure team members demonstrate strong technical capabilities to execute
required function
 Drive performance and profitable results within the team through motivation, counseling, skills development
and product knowledge development
 Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, development of sales processes
 Perform other duties as required.

D. QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE


EDUCATION
Level Required: Areas of study preferred:
Minimum of eight (8) years progressive experience in Minimum of a bachelor’s degree in any marketing or
marketing and sales (internal and external) required with any Social Science course from an accredited University
emphasis in the retail space or in a fast-paced company,
an ecommerce store, fashion luxury retail company, Relevant certifications
consumer goods, home goods or other similar industries
E. FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT AND EXPERIENCE
The preferred candidate should:
 Quantitative and analytical skills
 Proven experience in developing and implementing profitable sales and marketing strategies
 Experience in diverse business functions including business development, and marketing and sales
performance management.
 Planning skills and the ability to think about and successfully manage activities
 Beauty and lifestyle enthusiast with knowledge of the beauty industry and trends;
 Excellent budgeting and inventory management skills;
 Good negotiation abilities;
 Ability to deal well with deadlines and work demands
 Must be able to use Microsoft office tools especially MS excel and Powerpoint
 Experience working in a consumer-focused role in online environment
 Experience working with a luxury or upscale brand

 An understanding of all the duties necessary for proper function of a core retail store, including (but not
limited to) sales, visuals, customer service, inventory management and sorting of consigned items
 Understanding the different aspectss
 Must understand how to use data to drive customer experience
