Introduction:

ILMCore is digitizing education system of Pakistan. We make video lectures, mapped to schools‟
curriculum in local language. We put „visuals effects‟ in our videos which help students in visualizing
difficult concept and encourages critical thinking. Our system measure how a student interacted with a
video and how much marks he scores in a quiz. Based on these analytics we assess students‟ performance
and give them feedback.

We provide our content to students through internet on our website, www.ilmcore.com.

Team Profile:
 Startup Induction status:

We applied to Durshal in April 2018. We were two members. Faisal Hadi and Imran Khan. Due to certain
reason Imran did not continue with me. So we fell apart before our pitching. Then Muhammad Asif
joined me. At the start we applied as „testpreparation.pk‟, with an aim to prepare job aspirant for their
tests.

At the time of induction we were the only two members (Faisal Hadi and Muhammad Asif) in our team
and were doing everything from script writing to content creation and all. At the start we applied as
„testpreparation.pk‟, with an aim to prepare job aspirant for their tests.

Before Durshal we received a grant from Directorate of youth affair under their program “KP Impact
challenge”. We have an office in Deans trade Centre Peshawar.

Current Startup status:

During our tenure in Durshal we pivot from specific models (test preparation) to a more generalize model
(ILMCore)

ILMCore has 8 members with an aim to digitize our academic curriculum. Durshal hired two members
for ILMCore and 4 members are hired by company from their personal finance.

We are developing two courses. Physics IX, Math IX.

We have enrolled students from 5 schools in Mardan on our website.

Our startup is selected in Dice fellowship program.

Sessions and Meetings:

Team Ilmcore have a meeting with Muhammad Naseer, President Private School Mardan Association,
and Mr. Tariq, Director Academia ANSI School System Mardan. They welcomed our idea and were
willing to implement it in their schools. (Fig 01)

Team ILMCore present the idea of tech base education in Allied schooling system Charsada with the
briefed description and benefits of digital education that is becoming more prevalent every day.

Allied School agreed to avail our services from next term. (Fig 05)
ILMCore initiated pilot projects by providing trail base services to ANSI Schooling System, The Mardan
Model School Mardan and Iqra Schooling System Mardan.(fig: 01,02 & 03)

Branding:

At the start of Durshal, ILMCore was just an idea. Now we have a strong existence. We visited different
school for brand awareness. We presented our startup in Plan9. We attend Industrial open house in Cecos
University.

Our session in “Mardan model school” landed us an investment offer.

Learning outcomes at Durshal Incubation:

ILMCore is proud to be a part of the 1st cohort of Durshal Mardan. It worked as sand on a muddy field.
The „Durshal tag‟ helped us in winning our clients‟ trust.

Different session at Durshal Incubation give us an opportunity for PR.

We also got a chance to see government organization from a closer angel.

Future endeavor:

As our cohort cycle is near to completion, we are near to thriving. Our momentum of content creation and
school engaging is growing exponentially. So we are planning to engage more schools in Mardan and
extend our team.

We will shift our website to AWS in near future along with a mobile app. Mobile app will get ILMCore
one step closer to the next goal and that is “Personalized learning Model”. We will integrate Artificial
intelligence in our website and Mobile App. it will play a key role in getting user analytics, in more
efficient way.
