    Dear Mr. Baylon,

    Christian Greetings!
    I would like to inform your good office that I have attended the Mass Induction last July 25, 2018,
    1 o’clock in the afternoon at the Filamer Christian University Roblee Hall but I was not able to
    signed in the attendance sheet because I’m not aware that it was provided during the event.

    For your reference, you can ask my fellow inductee Mr. Elton Dolor, a TVL 11- Councilor and
    Mr. Charles Alovera, a STEM 11-Coucilor.

    Attached herewith is the picture taken during the said event.
