CRIMINAL COMPLAINT

The undersigned complainant under oath accuses Mr. Howard Wolowits

the crime of UNJUST VEXATION defined and penalized under Article 287 of
the Revised Penal Code committed as follows:

“That on or about 3:00 pm of December 1, 2018 at Barangay

Kaligayahan, Santiago City Philippines and within the
preliminary jurisdiction of this Honorable Office, the above-
named respondent, with malice and deliberate intent to annoy
the undersigned complainant did then and there willfully,
unlawfully and feloniously fondle her breast in front of their
classmates that caused irritation, vexation, torment, distress
and disturbance to the being of the undersigned complainant.
