LETTER OF INTENT
BETWEEN
MURDOCH CHILDRENS RESEARCH INSTITUTE IN PARTNERSHIP WITH THE ROYAL
CHILDREN’S HOSPITAL
AND
FACULTY OF MEDICINE UNIVERSITAS PADJADJARAN

In order to promote the mutual interest and cooperation between the parties, Murdoch Childrens
Research Institute in Partnership with The Royal Children’s Hospital represented by Associate
Professor Alicia Spittle and and Universitas Padjadjaran (UNPAD) represented by dr. Sunaryo B.
Sastradimaja, SpKFR the Head of Departemen Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Universitas
Padjadjaran in Bandung, agree to exercise their best efforts to develop collaboration in join
research and academic activities for the benefit of both institutions and the people they serve.

Both parties shall mutually explore various institutions, government, and private sources of
funding to support and complete the program. Both parties understand that all financial
arrangements will have to be negotiated and will depend on the availability of funds.

Both parties agree that neither party has the right to use either's name , logo or marks in any way
relative to any proposed program or activity without the other party's written approval.

Both parties agree to fully comply with all aspect that are controlled by laws that may be applicable
to the exchange and transmission of any data, equipment, information, or personal in the pursuit
of the aims outlines above.

This agreement is designed to facilitate and develop a genuine and mutually beneficial exchange
process/ research relationship.

In the event where both parties wish to formalize research collaboration, the parties may enter
into Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) or a Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) of which the
MoU or MoA shall have a binding effect on both parties.

The undersigned being duly authorized there to, have signed this letter of intent on this 2016
