MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT

BETWEEN

m UNIVERSITAS dr. SOEBANDI, INDONESIA


AND
ST. BERNADETTE OF LOURDES COLLEGE QUEZON CITY, PHILIPPINES
CONCERNING
PUBLICATION OF JOURNAL

1. PREAMBLE
a. The Parties
Universitas dr. Soebandi (hereinafter be referred to as UDS) with office address at Jl.
DR. Soebandi No.99, Cangkring, Patrang, Kec. Patrang, Kabupaten Jember, Jawa
Timur 68111, Indonesia and St. Bernadette of Lourdes College Quezon city, Philippines
(hereinafter be referred to as "SBLC" with address at Manila, hereinafter referred to as
the "parties" hereby enter into this agreement.
b. Legal Bases
1) The Memorandum of Understanding between the Ministry of Education and Culture
of the Republic of lndonesia and Commissioner on Higher Education signed in
Manila on 23th of May 2014;
2) The Memorandum of Understanding between Universitas dr. Soebandi (UDS) and
St. Bernadette of Lourdes College signed on September 2023.
2. OBJECTIVE
The objective of this Memorandum of Agreement is to create a legal framework for
cooperation between the parties on the establishment and implementation of faculty,
exchange of publication /journal, developing international journal and enhancing journal
ccreditation.

3. RESPONSIBILITIES
a. Both parties will submit the required documents and requirements for publication. St.
Bernadette of Lourdes College trough Research & Development Department will assist
members and students from Indonesian Faculty to present and publish their research
studies in SBLC's Journal or SBLC's conference and vice versa;

b. Subject to availability, both Parties will facilitate training program on journal publication,
developing international journal and enhancing journal accreditation , presentation of
research output at SBLC research colloquium and immersion in various training areas.
4. DURATlON AND TERMINATION
This Agreement shall be effective for a period of three (3) years from the date of the latest
signature below unless sooner terminated in accordance with this Agreement. Both
institutions shall have the right to renew this Agreement under the same terms and
conditions by providing written notice at least thirty (30) days prior to the expiration date.

5. TIME AND SCHEDULE


The publication of journal will be held on Quarter 3rd, 2024, Quarter 3rd, 2025, and Quarter 3th,
2026, any changes in the schedule will be both agreed by two parties

6. PARTICIPANTS
The participants of the program are lecturers and other health related participants. The
targeted number of participants 6 persons.

7. COMMON TERMS AND CONDITION


Research and/or Intellectual Property Matters. All Intellectual Properties (IP) produced
by virtue of or as a result of this AGREEMENT shall be jointly owned by the creator,
inventor and/or authors of this AGREEMENT.
a. All documents, publication, report or notes produced by a virtue and/or as a result of
this AGREEMENT shall clearly establish and identify the funding source or source,
as well as, the name/s of the author/s, inventor/s and or researcher/s, as the case
may be.
b. The PARTIES may use all information, data or any output produced by virtue of or as
a result of this AGREEMENT for their respective official academic, research or other
official functions, PROVIDED, all matters pertaining to the information, data or
research output which may have a potential for commercialization and/or potent
cannot be disclosed without the prior written consent of all the PARTIES.

8. CONFIDENTIALITY
Each party shall preserve the confidentiality of any information (whether in written, oral
or electronic form) disclosed to it by the other party where the other party has identified
such information as being confidential, or where it would be reasonable to expect that
confidentiality should attach to such information.
This Memorandum of Agreement shall take effect immediately upon signing by both
parties and shall continue to be in force until revoked or suspended. Wherefore, the parties
have hereunto affixed their signatures this November 22th 2023 at Yogyakarta, Indonesia.
