Cape Hillsborough National Park Field Trip

I am happy to announce that I have successfully booked our Year 4 Excursion to Cape Hillsborough
National Park in
north of Mackay for Thursday 21st February 2019. The P&C are kindly funding half the bus for this
excursion.

I can only take 6 parents with me. The only fair solution I can think of is asking for your expression of
interest, if there are more than 6 interested, then I will have to get another teacher to draw names out
of a hat. I think this is the fairest possible way to do this.

So before yo u write your name below, here are a couple of guidelines:

 we will be leaving the school grounds at 9:00am and returning by 3pm.

 no other siblings can attend

 this excursion is for learning purposes, whilst very fun and entertaining, please keep in mind you are
there to help me supervise all children

 You will be free, however your child will have to pay $16 towards the hire of the bus.

This is the only possible option to be fair to everyone as this is a very popular excursion.
