    21 closings in December 2018, a 9% decrease from December 2017. Year-to-date 2018 there were 332 closings, an 11%
    decrease from year-to-date 2017. Months of Inventory was 6.1, up from 5.0 in December 2017. Median price of sold
    homes was $298,500 for the month of December 2018, up 13% from December 2017. The Rancho Vistoso area had 31
    new properties under contract in December 2018, up 48% from December 2017.
