The Internship aims at improving vocational skills and increase the participant’s capacity
and ability to access to employment opportunities which is essential to accomplish the
inclusion of persons with disabilities. In order to achieve the target, Handicap
International facilitates the placement of trainee in a sewing vocational training. The
participants must pass through an Internship regulated by a fixed procedure that has been
agreed upon as mentioned in this “Internship Agreement”:
The duration of the internship is fixed to 3 months with 3 days a week ( rephrase
please) from 9:00 to 12:00
Handicap International will ensure with the First Party that workplace and working
methods are adapted for intern with disabilities. Handicap International will provide
living allowance for the intern (transportation and food) for 3 months.
- Transportation (Rp. 45.000/day)
- Meals (Rp. 15.000/day)
Total : Rp. 60.000/day (sixty thousand rupiah/day)
3. Handicap International tidak bertanggung jawab terhadap tindakan para peserta, jika
mereka mereka tidak mematuhi prosedur/peraturan di tempat magang tersebut
Handicap International will not be responsible for misconduct and abuse from the
second party did not obey the provisions procedure from the company concerned.
Tunjangan tersebut akan dibayar oleh Handicap International ke Pihak Kedua setiap
akhir minggu setelah dilakukan pengecekan terhadap daftar hadir. Handicap
International berhak melakukan pemotongan tunjangan jika Pihak Kedua tidak bisa
memberikan alasan yang jelas tentang ketidahadirannya ke tempat pelatihan.
The allowance will be paid by Handicap International to the second party by the end
of each week according to participant attendance. If any absence, Handicap
International will be deduct the allowance.
Kedua belah pihak berhak secara hukum untuk membatalkan perjanjian ini. Pembatalan
tersebut harus dibuat secara tertulis dan mengikutsertakan semua pihak yang terlibat.
Dalam laporan tersebut harus menjelaskan alasan pembatalannya dan hanya boleh dibuat
selama 14 hari pertama sejak masa magang tersebut dimulai.
Both parties have the legal authority to cancel the agreement. The cancellation must be
submitted in writing and must seek consent from all parties involved. It must state the
reasons for canceling the agreement and may only be proposed during the first 14 days
of the internship.
Kedua belah pihak diberikan kebebasan untuk saling memberi saran dan pendapat untuk
pengembangan program tersebut.
Both parties are free to bring forth suggestion and voice opinions toward the
development of the program.
Handicap International tidak bertanggung terhadap kecelakaan yang terjadi selama masa
magang tersebut. Kedua belah pihak diharuskan untuk menandatangani surat perjanjian
ini, dan tidak ada paksaan apapun dari Pihak Ketiga bagi kedua belah pihak untuk
menandatangani surat ini. Pihak Kedua akan mematuhi peraturan yang telah dijalankan
oleh perusahaan/organisasi Pihak Pertama.
Handicap International does not take any responsibility for any accidents that may
occur during the internship. Both parties are authorized to sign this agreement, there is
no knowledge of pressure or other coercive measures from third parties to force the two
parties present to sign this internship agreement. The intern as the second party will
obey the relevant rules that were valid in the relevant company to their full extent.
Jika terjadi masalah dikemudian hari, kedua belah pihak sepakat untuk mengikuti proses
hukum dan peraturan tenaga kerja di Propinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam dan di
Indonesia.
If a violation of the law occurs after the signing of this agreement, both parties will
follow the legal route as well as the manpower legislation of the Nanggroe Aceh
Darussalam province and in Indonesia.
