Greetings of Peace and Love!

Our beloved Alma Mater, __________________, is immensely growing in terms of its
population. This is because Moalboal is already a city-like municipality due to its progress. We
have limited classrooms for students that is the very reason why we need to have shifting schedule
for classes.
In this connection, the ESP Department of _________________is planning to construct a
temporary department office so that we can have a place for us to stay when we do not have
classes and that is a perfect time to check our students’ outputs, plan for a lesson, make
instructional materials and the like, since we cannot stay in a classroom when a teacher is in for
his/her class schedule. Furthermore, such plan would not be realized as the school and faculty
doesn’t have enough funds to furnish materials needed for the construction.
Therefore, as an active stakeholder of our school, we are knocking your benevolent hearts
for a financial assistance for the realization of the said project. You may also donate any of the
following items like bags of cement, sand, hollow blocks, plywood, lumber or gallons of paint.
We are looking forward to your favorable response unto this humble request. We thank
