“Is it better to have more qualifications or more experience?"- both qualifications and
experience are important. If you were to ask me what's most important between attitude and
aptitude, I'd say attitude every time. Why?
Qualifications are important, yes. But what are you doing outside your studies? Are you
pursuing goals? Are you open to learning or do you have a rigid mindset? How do you perform
in a team? What matters to you most as a human being? What values do you cherish?
Qualifications tell me you're a good student - answers to the above questions indicate
what you're like as a person. Ultimately, leaders hire people, not degrees.

You can’t start the next chapter of your life if you keep re-reading the last one.

A bad start in life or a bad position today isn't important, it's the ability to bounce
back from setbacks - being resilient and willing to work through challenges was a key
attribute for professional development.

“Be brave to say NO when you disagree, even if it is shameful.”

“Stop thinking, dreaming and talking about bad things. It makes you have sad lines!”

Doubt is the precursor to fear.
