UNPACKING AND CONTENT CHECK
DISIMBALLO E VERIFICA CONTENUTO
For performing this procedure two operators are
required..
It is necessary a hexagonal wrench Ø5 and a
screwdriver to remove the locks and the screws
of the assembling.
In the packing there is a sliding side that is used
to descend the unit from the pallet, however, it
is possible to use the fork lift truck to remove it
from the pallet.
For a proper and safe unpacking of
the unit, refer to the following
procedure, complying with the
current safety Standards.
• Remove the fixing screws of the cover by
using a hexagonal wrench.
• Remove first the sliding side indicated with
“OPEN SIDE” that will be used to descend
the unit from the pallet, the sides fixed by
the screws and then the ones with nails.
• Remove completely the possible air-tight
plastic bag and the protecting cellophanes.
• Remove the accessories boxes (Fig.2 –
Pos.1).
• Lock the brakes for the unit movement.
• Remove all the planks and sides composing
the wooden structure (Fig.2 – Pos.2).
• Remove all the anchors to the pallet base
(Fig.3 – Pos.4) and the wooden shims
under the unit (Fig.3 - Pos.3) by using the
lifting lever (Fig.3 - Pos.5).
• Check that all the wheels brakes of the unit
and the trolley are deactivated.
• Apply the sliding side on the trolley side as
indicated in Fig.3 - Pos.6.
• Remove the trolley very carefully from the
pallet.
• Then apply the sliding side on the unit side
as indicated in Fig. 4 – Pos. 6 and remove
it very carefully from the pallet.

Packing List
Il disimballo richiede l’intervento di due
persone.
Sono necessarie una chiave a brugola d.5 e un
cacciavite per rimuovere i fermi e le viti
dell’imballo.
Nell’imballo è presente una sponda con scivolo
per far scendere l’apparecchiatura dal bancale,
è possibile comunque utilizzare un carrello
elevatore per rimuovere la stessa dal bancale.
Per un corretto e sicuro disimballo
dell’unità fare riferimento alla
procedura seguente attenendosi alle
vigenti normative di sicurezza ed
antifortunistica.
• Rimuovere le viti di fissaggio del coperchio
con la chiave a brugola.
• Rimuovere prima la sponda scivolo indicata
con “OPEN SIDE” che servirà per far
scendere l’apparecchiatura dal bancale poi
le sponde fissate con le viti ed infine quelle
chiodate.
• Rimuovere completamente l’eventuale
protezione a sacco barriera ed i cellophane
di protezione.
• Rimuovere le scatole degli accessori (Fig.2 –
Pos.1).
• Bloccare i freni di movimento dell’arco.
• Rimuovere tutti gli assi e le sponde che
formano il castelletto (Fig.2 – Pos.2).
• Rimuovere tutti gli ancoraggi alla base del
bancale (Fig.3 – Pos.4) e gli spessori di
legno sotto l’unità (Fig.3 - Pos.3) utilizzando
la leva di sollevamento in dotazione (Fig.3 -
Pos.5).
• Verificare che tutti i freni delle ruote
dell’unità e del carrello siano disattivati.
• Applicare la sponda scivolo in dotazione sul
lato carrello come indicato in Fig. 3 - Pos. 6.
• Con molta cautela rimuovere il carrello dal
bancale.
• Applicare infine la sponda scivolo sul lato unità
come indicato in Fig. 4 – Pos. 6 e rimuove la
stessa, con molta cautela dal bancale.
