Terms and Conditions

Details of the Offer:

Citibank, N.A (“Citi”) and Zomato are launching an offer (“Offer”) during the below mentioned Offer
Period. Details of the Offer extended to all users of valid Citibank Credit & Debit cards (hereinafter
referred as “Cards”) issued in India (hereinafter referred to as “Customers”) via the Zomato website
and Mobile App only in India (“Zomato”) are detailed herein below.

Offer:
 Get 20% cashback up to Rs. 100 only on online orders on Zomato website (www’.zomato.’com),
mobile site and Zomato App (Mobile Application)
 Offer is valid from July 06– July 15, 2018 (hereinafter referred to as “Offer Period”)
 Offer valid up to two orders per Citi Card

Detailed Terms and Conditions

1. Offer is valid on all Citi Credit and Debit Cards issued in India.
2. Add-on cards will be treated as separate cards.
3. The Offer is applicable only for online orders made on Zomato website/mobile site/ App using
Citi Cards.
4. The Offer is valid only during the Offer Period.
5. The first two transactions completed during this Offer Period using a valid Citi Card will only
be considered.
6. The cashback will be calculated on the final amount on transactions net refund/cancellation.
7. Cash back shall be credited on or before 60 business days from the date of transaction to all
open and active card members’ account. The timeline provided for effecting credit of the
cashback is only indicative of expected period and may vary from the actual date of credit.
8. Products and services are subject to availability.
9. Offer is not valid on payments made through card payment on delivery, Merchant wallets,
PayPal account, Cash on Delivery (COD) and other wallets / modes of payments.
10. The Customer cannot club two offers during the Offer Period.
11. The Offer cannot be transferred or assigned to any other person or customer.
12. The Customer shall not be entitled to avail the Offer in the event of cancellation of the Order
by the Customer or the restaurant.
13. In case of cancellation of an order, existing Zomato terms and conditions available on
www’.zomato.com on cancellation apply in addition to the terms and conditions stated herein
14. User Agreement and Privacy Policy available at www’.zomato.com shall apply.
15. ZOMATO will be entitled to reject any claim in case there is any abuse/misuse of the Offer by
the Customer or if the claim is not eligible under the Offer.
16. Citibank and ZOMATO reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice and without
assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these terms and
conditions or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this
Offer or not, or to extend or withdraw it altogether.
17. In no event, the entire liability of ZOMATO to a Customer, entitled under the said Offer, for
any dispute arising in connection with this Offer, shall exceed the instant savings amount set
out herein.

18. The T&Cs of this Offer shall be governed by the laws of India. Disputes, if any, shall be subject
to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts/tribunals in New Delhi only.
19. Any disputes regarding delivery, service, suitability, merchantability, availability or quality of
the products/services under the Offer must be addressed in writing, by the Customers directly
to ZOMATO at www’.zomato.com and that Citibank shall not entertain any communication in
this regard.
20. Citibank or Zomato shall in no way be liable if any Customer is unable to login to ZOMATO
Platform due to incompatibility of device, internet usage plans, or any other reason
whatsoever.
21. The Offer is valid only if the Customer’s card account continues to be in good standing and
payment continues to reach Citibank before the payment due date.
22. Citibank, its group entities, or affiliates, their respective directors, officers, employees, agents,
vendors, shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever that may be suffered, or for any
personal injury that may be suffered or incurred, by the Customers, directly or indirectly, as a
result of availing the Offer or by the use or non-use, acceptance or decline or suitability or
effectiveness of the services pertaining to the Offer.
23. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment or representation by Citibank or ZOMATO to
conduct further such Offers.
24. If the Offer and/or anything to be done by Citibank or ZOMATO in respect of the Offer is
prevented or delayed by causes, circumstances or events beyond the control of Citibank or
ZOMATO, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, unauthorized
intervention, interception, fraud, technical failures, floods, fires, accidents, earthquakes, riots,
explosions, wars, hostilities, acts of government or other causes of like or similar or other
character beyond the control of Citibank or Zomato, then Citibank and/or ZOMATO shall not
be liable for the same to the extent so prevented or delayed, and will not be liable for any
consequences.
25. The terms & conditions of the Offer shall be in addition to & not in substitution/derogation to
the rules & regulations governing the use of the Citibank credit card, debit card, net banking
services and/or the Citibank websites as stated above. Payment of fees/service charges/all
other amounts due from the Customer to Citibank from usage of credit cards by the Customer
under this Offer and/or otherwise will be governed by Citibank Terms & Conditions and the
Cardmember terms and conditions. Customer can view the Citibank Cardmember terms and
conditions as well as the complete terms and conditions on the online portal
http://www.citibank.com/india.
26. All of Citibank’s and Zomato’s actions shall be on a best-effort basis only.
27. The Customers agree to be bound by the terms & conditions contained herein. Without a
Customer being required to do any further act, he/she shall be deemed to have read,
understood and unconditionally accepted the terms & conditions herein.
