Regras ortográficas
A 3ª pessoa do singular é formada acrescentando-se ‘S’ aos verbos:
My father sleeps early* ( Meu pai dorme cedo)
My father doesn’t sleep early. (Negativa)
Does your father sleep early? (Interrogativa)
Verbos terminados em‘o’ = ES
My brother goes to school by bus* (Meu irmão vai à escola de ônibus)
My brother doesn’t go to school by bus. (Negativa)
Does your brother go to school by bus? (Interrogativa)
Verbos terminados em consonante + y = IES
My sister studies English* (Minha irmã estuda inglês)
My sister doesn’t study English. (Negativa)
