- One of his rules and regulations that is being implemented to his class are No Read, No
Move Policy Program and Strengthened ‘No Bullying’ or Anti-Bullying Policy.

- Most frequent challenging experience I encountered in terms of classroom management is

the misbehavior among young learners.

- The best seating arrangement for me is the mixture of boys and girls of different intellectual
abilities (heterogenous grouping).

G. What is his perception about the child protection policy?

- Child protection policy shall be fully and the main focus of each school. This due to the fact
that the school children are the main of the school. Hence, they should be well protected
and feel that they are given proper nurture.

H. What is the child friendly school for his?

- A child friendly school is a program of DepEd which specifically aims to make the school a
place where the children enjoy their stay while acquiring wisdom which may help them
attain a better future.
