ESTUDIO DE CASO “LA IMPORTANCIA DE APRENDER UN IDIOMA”

1. ¿Qué problema de comunicación encontró entre las dos partes?

The first problem of communication between the two parties is that none of the two

interviewers understand the English language. There was no understanding of what

the guests responded.

I think both parties need to learn the Spanish language and English so that they can

develop a better conversation in the future

2. ¿La información dada por los locutores fue correcta? Justifique su

respuesta.

It’s not correct. Because the interviewers simply said what they thought the
guests were saying.
I think it is very important to know different languages to achieve a
successful conversation, it also helps us to know different cultures and
different types of people.

3. Enumere otras situaciones similares que conozca donde se presente

este problema.

When you do not know another language and you want to speak with a person

from another country and a different language. Most of the time I have a lot

of problems communicating with them.

 4 ¿Qué concluye de esta situación?

I conclude that it`s very important to know several languages and cultures for my

interpersonal relationships, for my future employment, when I want to travel, for my

study and my family. It`s important at this moment to know another language in

Colombia since several companies are looking for people that know a second

language. Speaking two or more languages can improve our employment prospects.
