Teachers will guide students on how to use different aspects of PowerPoint to make them creative and original. Student learning can be extended to a higher level through more implementation of different types of tools in PowerPoint. There could also be more slides and more information. Student learning will be assessed through the accuracy of information provided in the PowerPoint slides and the creativity of the PowerPoint itself. The final product made by students will be an overview of the first portion of the standard addressed, which is how animals can be grouped based on their characteristics. Feedback will be provided through pros and cons of their product (what they did very well and what may need some work).
