Responsible for the business plan, specifying/sourcing/developing software, staffing, and all related
project initiatives. Program realized:
o An initial reduction of manufacturing hours by 25% by improving CNC related processes, increasing
volume and accuracy of engineering outputs, creating full 3D integrated designs, and significantly
improving production control functionality.
o Substantial savings in engineering by eliminating a significant number of hours related to standard
parts creation and change control through a transition to an engineer-to-order methodology. It has
enabled engineering to focus on value-added innovation through a reduction in per order
engineering hours and time spent in manufacturing support.
