Entity Highlighting For Travel Intents


Instructions

Overview
In this task, you will view conversations between travel customer support representatives and
their customers. Your task is to select each entity in the statement that matches the entities below
using our entity extraction tool. 

Steps
1. Review the conversation, focusing on the highlighted message.
2. In the given message and intent provided, select the word/number that corresponds to an
entity listed below. 
If you are uncertain about an entity, double check the de nition. 
Review the entire conversation again for context if necessary.
3. If there are no entities present, mark "Click here if none of the elds are present or if there are
no elds available." 
Example: The intent is emailcon rmation, but there is no email address actually listed so
you would mark the "Click here if none of the elds are present or if there are no elds
available."

Rules & Tips
