ITC should focus on their marketing strategy


• They can give Targeting cities with highest occupancy rate and creating a
social media to increasing ITC hotel revenue
• Running social media camping so as to generating more profit and
increasing revenue and make the hotel sector more profitable for the ITC as
a whole.
• The economics of running a luxury hotel chain is so messed up that ITC
barely makes a return of 3% on all the capital (money) they’ve deployed in
creating this business. That’s ROCE (Return on Capital Employed) by the
way. So, despite a lot of bling, hotels aren’t exactly big moneymakers.
