HI, I am Prabhanshu Neekhara, I was born and brought in a small Town of Madhya Pradesh called

Guna. Currently I am a student of PGDM in Jaipuria Institute of Management, Indore

I have 6 months workas a company acts as a middleware by providing IT solution to different banks
across India through different OEM such as CISCO, DELL, HPE etc.  My job makes me responsible for
handling different banks in the city of Bangalore. I have been working in fbs from past 4 months and
in this short span of time I became the highest achiever in quarter 1. 

Prior to joining fbs I pursued my PGDM in Marketing & BFSI stream from RIM – Bangalore. Whilst I
was a student I got the opportunity to work under the guidance of few of the top executives of
Mahindra & Mahindra, in its North Zonal office which is located in Noida. As an Intern I was assigned
two projects one of them was to identify the customer satisfaction of KUV 1OO in 3 states while the
other one was the segmentation of the TATA ACE Customers.

The report which I prepared was among the few which were presented in the Mumbai which is the
head quarter of M&M. Also it was featured in the top 100 reports of all the reports of Summer
Internships because the report was credible, precise and accurate.

Apart from this I had also done an internship in ITC which dealt with sales promotion techniques to
sell and promote the products of ITC.

Prior to coming to Bangalore I did my under graduation from DAVV University, Indore. Along with my
B.com I had done a lot of part time job to manage my own expenses.

Keeping work and professional life aside I am a keen traveler, and an active social worker. I also love
to write Hindi Poetries for which I won awards in my college and school days.
