● Restructured content recruitment efforts by implementing cross-organizational meetings and targeted social media
outreach, resulting in increased submissions and new organizational partnerships
● Advocated for annual budget allocation by presenting to senior leadership, establishing funding committee, researching
funding databases, and drafting grant proposals, increasing budget from $0 to $5000
● Produced content circulated in print and online for monthly online audience of 230,000 unique page views, an 100%
