*The strong house: is a national
historical monument of
Venezuela.Esta originally
established as the convent of San
Francisco, in 1811 was taken by
the founders of the Republic of
Venezuela and turned into fort
by Simón Bolívar for the defense
of the city from the realistic
attacks.
* Paseo Colon:It was
inaugurated on may 3,1967.It is
known by that name because of
the plaza that in honor of
Cristopher Columbus was on the
eastern side of the prome-
Nade. Today the walk has a wide
avenue and a large pedestrian
area.
*La sirena park: It has wells and
waterfalls that are enjoyed by
the visitor, stone paths and

reverbed to facilitate access, and

ravine on the route to the jump.
*Bolivar square: It is commonly
a square in honor of the
venezuelan hero Simón Bolívar,
called “el libertador” by means
of the title that was granted by
the municipality of Caracas on
october 14, 1813 and ratified in
the angostura congress in 1819.
