(i) That is developed or created by the Employee, solely or jointly with others, as required
by CCC during the course of performing work for or on behalf of the Company or any
affiliate of the Company, or the predecessors of any such entities
(ii) that the Employee conceives, develops, discovers or makes in whole or in part during
the Employees employment by CCC that relate to its business or any affiliate or
assignee of the Company;
(iii) that the Employee conceives, develops, discovers or makes in whole or in part during
or after the Employees employment by CCC that are made through the use of any of
its equipment, facilities, supplies, trade secrets or time of the Company , or that result
from any work the Employee performs for the CCC or any of is affiliate of the Company;
(iv) that is developed or created by the Employee, solely or jointly with others, at any time
before the Employment Period, that relate to or involve the Company’s businesses
(including, but not limited to, UPWORK or any web or non-web based accounts/logins
that is related to the business of CCC).
I understand that CCC shall have and retain ownership of all right, title and interest to the items
and all other intellectual property developed and created in the manner described above even
after my separation to the company.
