 The prices above are including 21% government tax an d service.  The hotel will take necessary care but accepts no responsibility for damage
 We do appreciate your understanding that the hotel do es not allow food or loss of merchandise left in the hotel prior, during or after functions and
and/or beverage item from outside to be consumed within the premises. suggest that insurance cover be arranged for valuable items.
In the event of incident happen you are liable to pay the replacement
charge of the total estimated cost of the function.
 Wedding time could be held on Lunch time at 11.00 am – 02.00 am OR
Dinner time at 06.00 pm – 09.00 pm.
METHODS OF PAYMENT
 We give food tasting after payment of at least 25 % of total remaining
anticipated charges.
 A further 50% of the total remaining anticipated charg es are required to be
received in 90 (ninety) days prior to the event
 25% of the total remaining anticipated charges are required to be received
in 60 (sixty) days prior to the event
 Full payment of total remaining are required to be received 7 (seven) days
prior to the event
 Other outstanding balance must be settled 3 (three) days prior to the
event.
CANCELLATION POLICY
 Please note that we would require 50% cancellation charge from the total
payment in case of cancellation made within 3 (three) days prior to the
event and 100% for cancellation made within 1 (one) day prior to the
event.
