    Dear Ms. Angeles,

    Greetings!

    It is with great regret that I must give notice of my resignation, effective immediately, I apologize for
    not being able to give you more notice, and I humbly ask that you accept my resignation from the
    position of Business Process Associate.

    My employment agreement states that I need to provide a 30 days’ notice of my intent to leave. I
    am afraid that is not possible for me to do. I understand that by not meeting the terms of my
    employment, I am liable for a pay severance, which is fine with me.

    I am excited about the new position I am undertaking and my decision is irrevocable as I am now
    legally bound by having signed a contract.

    Thank you very much and more power to GENPACT, Philippines.
