Technique: pelvis MRI with intravenous contrast gadoterate meglumin 10 ml.

Comparison: none

Description: normal shaped and size of uterus. there was focal lession on cervix uteri with slight
hiperintens T2-hiperintens sekuens DWI-hipointens sekuend ADC intensity, sized ± 1.7x1.8 cm. there
was no visible expansion of mass to left – right parametrium, vagina, bladder or rectum. No
expansion to pelvic cavity. There was multiple lession with cyst hipoitens TIW, hiperintens T2W
intensity, without restriction diffuse on DWI with thicked wall that were relatively intense post-
contrast, in the right ovary, the largest sized ± 0.5x0.7 cm (fungsional cyst). There was multiple lymp
nodes in the parailiaca and left- right inguinal, restriction diffuse on DWI with value ADC +/-0.8x10-
3 regio left parailiaca, diameter of the largest short axis 1t; 1cm. there was fluid collection of pelvic
cavity especially on cavum douglas. The pelvic inlet looked normal, the wing of ilium and both
iliopsoas muscles were symmetrically fine. The structure of the intestines was normal, there
was no sign of either thickening of the intestinal wall or mass. The bladder seemed distended
and normal with no thickened wall. The vascular structure of minor pelvis was good. The
vascular structure of minor pelvis was good. The shape and articulation of the femoral caput
and acetabulum were normal. The bone marrow was normal. There was dilatation and tortous
of bilateral ovaries veins

parametrium, lower segmen uterus, vagina, nor others pelvic organs. Multiple
lymphadenopathy parailiaca and bilateral inguinal. Cyst lession with thicked wall of ovary
dd/ corpus luteum. Fluid accumulation on pelvic cavity espescially cavum douglas. varicose
of bilateral ovaries veins, suspect pelvic congestion vein
