Steps to create new user and assign administrator roles to it
Log on to the SAP NetWeaver Administrator as a system administrator
(http://host:port/irj/portal). Goto User Administration -> Identity Management Click on Create User Give LOGON ID (user name that need to be displayed) give the initial passwords (that can be changed during first login) Select the logon language & then save the user. How to Add Admin roles: Search for the newly created user(s) to be configured. Once found, select one entry and choose 'Modify'. In the details, go to the 'Assigned Roles' tab. In the search criteria, search for the required administrator roles, select it and add it to the set of assigned roles. Save the changes.
