Field Communications Team Leader, Ellington Field, TX Aug 2017 – Present
• Advise and assist military commanders in planning, integrating, and employing airpower to
minimize and manage risk to ground troops in combat engagements
• Facilitated natural disaster search and rescue operations—executed medical evacuation with six
helicopters and 20 volunteers at three relief stations during Hurricane Harvey
• Led 15 employees in joint training exercise on real-time surveillance systems and risk
management of critical infrastructure during natural disasters
19 Air Support Operations Squadron
Field Communications Team Leader, Ft Campbell, KY May 2015 – Aug 2017
• Established communications network between supported ground leadership and air units to
manage threats and risks to US-coalition forces in close air support situations
• Served as team leader to 55 individuals during 4-month military exercise while maintaining daily
operational standards and ensuring team functionality
• Administered daily, risk assessment briefs to command staff during three week close air support
exercise at Fort Polk Joint Readiness Training Center
• Managed logistical process for a battalion of 25 personnel and $2.8 million of mission essential
