 Concept of stress, sources, types, stages of general adaptation

Academic stress:
Concept of academic stress, teachers steps to reduce academic stress: causes,
features, Significance, identification, prioritizing, prevention and solution;

Management of academic stress;; role of counselors, role of parents factors
affecting parental involvement, role of coaching centers and academic stress :
need, advantages and disadvantages
Mental Health:
 Introduction: Meaning and definitions of mental health, factors
contributing to positive mental health, strategies to promote mental
health, characteristics of good mental health.

Guided imagery :
Meaning, Theoretical base, forms, process, role of guided imagery im anxiety
relief and enhanced wellbeing, techniques used in transformative imagery
felicitation, applications of individual and group transformative imagery,

imagery –sources, different themes and their indicators; the meadow, the water
fall and then scripts application; ethical considerations, contra indicators and
health warnings.
