JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

We, LEONILA P. RECOPELACION and GINA S. ANIŇON, both of legal ages,

married, Filipinos, and residents of Brgy. Poblacion, Alabel, Sarangani Province, after
having been duly sworn to in accordance with law, do hereby depose and say that:s

1. We personally know NICASIO GADIANO LASCOŇA as we have been

friends and neighbors for several years.

2. His name NICASIO GADIANO LASCOŇA, as evidenced by his

Certificate of Live Birth duly issued by the Office of the Civil Registrar
General and NICASIO LASCUŇA, as indicated in his Marriage
Contract refer to one and the same person;

3. There exists a discrepancy as to the name appearing on his Certificate

of Live Birth and on his Marriage Contract;

4. His true and correct name is NICASIO GADIANO LASCOŇA and not
NICASIO LASCUŇA;

5. We declare under penalty of the law that we are not in any way
related, neither by consanguinity nor affinity, to said NICASIO
GADIANO LASCOŇA; and

6. We execute this Joint Affidavit to attest to the veracity and

truthfulness of the foregoing facts and statements, and for whatever
legal purpose this may serve best.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this 14th day
