JOINT AFFIDAVIT
OF TWO DISINTERESTED PERSONS

That we, BEVERLY ANN C. SUNGA, of legal age, married, Filipino, and resident
of Camanjac, Dumaguete City, Negros Oriental, and CHONA A. CABAJON, of legal
age, Filipino, married and resident of Boloc-boloc, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, under
oath, do hereby depose and manifest:

That we personally know the person of the late “LEICESTER J. GANHINHIN”,

and that recently we came to know that his name as indicated in his Marriage
Contract with his Spouse Rebecca Lacaba (maiden name) was “LEICESTER
GAHINHIN” and in the Marriage Contract of his daughter REVELY LOU L.
GANHINHIN his name was vaguely written and look like “LEIOESTER J.
GANHINHIN”, and we know for a fact that the person by the name of “LEICESTER
GAHINHIN” appearing in his Marriage Contract with his Spouse Rebecca Lacaba
(maiden name) and the name “LEIOESTER J. GANHINHIN” which was vaguely
written and appeared like as his name in the Marriage Contract of his daughter
REVELY LOU L. GANHINHIN, and the name “LEICESTER J. GANHINHIN” as
appearing in his Death Certificate and PHCCI Record/data, REFERS TO ONE AND
THE SAME PERSON, the latter being the real and correct name;

That we also personally know the person of the late “PASTOR S.

GANHINHIN”, and that recently we came to know that his name as indicated in the
Marriage Contract of his son LEICESTER J. GANHINHIN was “PASTOR GAHINHIN”,
and we know for a fact that the person by the name of “PASTOR GAHINHIN”
appearing in the Marriage Contract of his son LEICESTER J. GANHINHIN and the
name “PASTOR S. GANHINHIN” appearing in the Death Certificate of his son
LEICESTER J. GANHINHIN and PHCCI Record/data, REFERS TO ONE AND THE
SAME PERSON, the latter being the true and correct name;

Perhaps, the incorrect entries were due to honest mistake and inadvertence.
That we know of these facts considering that we are acquiantances of them, and that
neither of us is related with them either by affinity or consanguinity and that we are
executing this joint affidavit freely and voluntarily in order to attest to the veracity of
the facts above-stated and for whatever legal purposed this may serve best;
