WITNESSETH-That:

THOUSAND PESOS (P 42, 000.00), Philippine Currency, receipt of which is hereby
acknowledged by the VENDOR from the above-named VENDEE, the VENDOR hereby SELL,
CEDE, TRANSFER and CONVEY by way of absolute sale, a portion of the above-mentioned
parcel of land known as Lot No. 2-A, which portion containing an area of ONE HUNDRED
Witnesses:

FIFTY (150) SQUARE METERS, more or less, unto the VENDEE, her heirs, interests and
assigns, free from all liens and encumbrances.

3. That the above-described parcel of land sold is not tenanted and no provisions of
R.A. 6657 has been violated and that notice of preemption and/or redemption has been given but
no such pre-emptioner and/or redemptioner chose to exercise said rights with regards to this sale.
Articles 1621 and 1623 of the New Civil Code of the Philippines are hereby faithfully complied
with and none of those concerned have expressed their options within the prescribed period
regarding the said sale;
