VENDOR do hereby SELL, CEDE, TRANSFER AND CONVEY, unto the
VENDEE her heirs, assigns and successor-in-interest the above-described
parcel of land containing an area of EIGHT THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED
TWENTY FIVE (8,825) SQUARE METERS, more or less, covered by
TRANSFER CERTIFICATE OF TITLE NO. 152-2018001776, free from all
liens and encumbrances;
