Dear Sir,
Please find attached drawing and trailing mail from
contractor for design of pressure test chamber, kindly
quote your best price for foundation and structural design.
GA and detail drawing we will prepare.

Dear Sir,
Please find the attached Sample drawings for Pressure
Test cell with two sliding roofs and Two Fixed roofs.
Instead of this arrangement we need Two Fixed roofs
and 1 Sliding roof to cover the Clear opening area.
Specification of Pressure Test cell:
 20 meter pressure test cell : Inside clear length – 20
meters, Inside clear width – 4.0 meters, Clear distance
between top of the cell & bottom of the crane hook height
– 1.5 meters (bottom of crane hook is 6 meters from
finished floor) ie 4.5 m, Clear Opening : 2.5 m at top
 15 meter pressure test cell - Inside clear length – 14
meters, inside clear width – 4.0 meters, Clear distance
between top of the cell & bottom of the crane hook height
– 1.5 meters (bottom of crane hook is 6 meters from
finished floor)ie 4.5 m, Clear Opening : 2.5 m at Top
 Testing pressure for both cells should be 15,000 psi.
Hence the design pressure (with a 50% factor of safety)
should be 22,500 psi.
 Exit manned door-Opening inside - (including
locking mechanism) should be designed to withstand
22,500 psi.

competitive quote for the following
1. Design Calculation and General arrangement
Drawings.
2. Design Validation and Fabrication drawings
