Designed to develop cardiovascular fitness and
strengthen muscles; this is the perfect way to get fit
without stressing your joints. Swimming helps alleviate
pain, improve circulation, and promote healing and
muscle development for those suffering from physical
ailments resulting from injury, disease, or aging.

DEEP WATER EXERCISE •••••••••••••••••

Deep water aerobics is a cardiovascular exercise
performed in water deep enough so that you do not
come in contact with the bottom of the pool. A flotation
device such as a buoyancy belt or a pool noodle will be
used to free your hands and legs to perform large
movements against the resistance of the water.

Junior Fitness Facilities Certification

Youth 12-18 years of age must be certified by our personal Healthways SilverSneakers Fitness
trainers in order to use the exercise/weight equipment at the Ken-Caryl has partnered with SilverSneakers to offer benefits to

qualifying members of AARP, Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield,
no walk-ins will be accepted. Youth 12-13 years old must be
