1. Title Page:-Mention Title of the report along with name of project group, supervisor,Department, Month
and Year of submission.
2. Certificate : Signed by the supervisor. The certificate should mentioned that the work has been carried out
by this project group and has not been submitted by any other group of the institute for the award of any
other degree
3. Acknowledgements.
4. Abstract is an abbreviated version of the project report. It should be limited to a maximum of 250 words
(introduction ,problem statement ,procedures, results, conclusion)
5. Table of Contents provides the list of all headings and subheadings with page numbers
6. List of Tables.
7. List of Figures
8. List of abbreviations
1. Left Margin, Right margins ,top and bottom margins of page should be proper and uniform
5. The font size must be 12 point in the text and at least 10 point in the figures.
8. Second Headings - 2.1, 2.2, 2.3, etc.(font size 14 towards left margin)
Similarly it is the case with tables such as Table 3.1, Table 3.2, etc.
**Ensure that the side face of thickness of the thesis should have the title of the
project ,month & year of submission.
